Drew Dancer

Idaho

Drew has been hunting waterfowl as long as he can remember. His first hunt was with a Remington 20 gauge pump, which knocked him on his butt with every shot! But that didn’t stop him, he kept getting back up and shooting more. Drew lives on a farm where they grow corn, alfalfa, grain, and mint. Their family farm is on the river, and they have two duck ponds right in their backyard. Drew does a little big game hunting, but once waterfowl season opens, you’ll find him hunting his ponds or jump shooting ditches. Nothing gets him more excited than ducks cupped up and bombing into the hole. 8 years ago he won a Stoeger P350 at a DU auction. He couldn’t even hold the gun up, but he kept working with it and grew into it. When the Stoeger finally broke down from hard hunting, he picked up his current duck gun, a Benelli Super Nova.
