Are you an avid outdoorsman or outdoorswoman?  Southbound Outdoors is looking for people who are genuinely passionate about their time in the field.    We are building a portfolio of quality outdoor products to enhance your time in the field.  In order to make sure our product designs are the absolute best possible, we need active outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen to help guide us.  Apply to join our Field Staff if you love the outdoors and are willing to help field test our products and promote our brand.  As we design and prototype new products, the Field Staff may be asked to test early prototypes prior to full product release.  Field Staff also help promote the SBO brand online through social media and forums, and in person through trade shows and conventions.

Southbound Outdoors exists to enhance time spent outdoors.  Therefore, the SBO Field Staff should strive to enhance time spent in the outdoors for others.  Southbound Outdoors places a higher emphasis on promoting outdoor activity than promoting products.  Without passionate outdoor enthusiasts, not only will we lack a sufficient customer base, but we may lose the rights and privileges we enjoy in the outdoors today.

To get started, please review the SBO Code of Ethics, then fill out the Field Staff Application below.  Once you submit your application, you will be contacted by an SBO team member.  At that time, details of the Field Staff benefits and requirements will be discussed.  If accepted, your Field Staff incentives will begin immediately.  Expectation for fulfillment of Field Staff requirements starts upon receipt of the Field Staff package.
