When you’re in the great outdoors, you need your equipment to perform consistently.  The SBO process is designed to deliver the best products possible.

Creating a game call with realistic sound, high-end aesthetics, and best-in-class ergonomics requires a repeatable, consistent process.  As we were developing our line of game calls, we turned to technology early to ensure repeatable quality in our calls.  All parts of the call are modeled in CAD and cut on a CNC-style machine.  By using a CNC-style machine, we can achieve very consistent quality in our calls.  The aesthetic profiles, ergonomic finger grooves, fit tolerances, and sound boards are all cut on the CNC, meaning you’ll get calls with consistent sound, feel, and look.

Although we rely on technology to provide you with consistent product quality, we still hand-finish and hand-tune each and every call.  Rest assured, no call leaves the SBO shop without being carefully tuned and polished by our experienced call maker.  If we won’t put it on our lanyard, we’re not going to sell it, period.  By the time a call goes out our door, it’s beautifully finished, comfortably contoured, and delivers sounds as close to nature as you can find.
